About
I make art to connect with myself and the world. In my work with the public, I focus on building community and promoting joy. My personal work tells my story, combining fiber, drawing, painting collage and the written word.
As a fiber artist, I have created collaborative tapestries during artist residencies at the Carrick Library/Project Art and The Children's Museum of Pittsburgh.
I also created large scale portrait and interview projects of people in the community during residencies at Kelly Strayhorn Theater and the Pittsburgh International Airport.
I serve on the Board of Directors for the Fiber Arts Guild, where I co-chair programming, and am also a member of Associated Artists of Pittsburgh and Group A.
